How far in advance should we be book the suits?

To guarantee availability we recommend booking wedding suits 6 to 8 months in advance. Evening suits can be ordered anytime, although Christmas, New Year, Royal Ascot and school prom's should be booked as soon as possible to avoid disappointment

How do I place an order?

We recommend bride and groom decide what they want before bringing all the party in. A deposit is required to book the suits £50.00 on each for designer suits and £30.00 each for standard suits. You can pay this in store or over the phone. The balance is then due on collection. Please note we don’t accept cheques.

How long is the suit on hire for?

Normally suit hire is for 4 days depending on the day of your function. Extended hire packages can be arranged for an additional cost.

When do we collect the suits?

We open all of our stores 2 evenings before your wedding/function, all the suits will be available to be tried on and collected

What if the suit doesn't fit on final fitting?

When we book a wedding/function we reserve extra stock to compensate size change. If there is a problem with something not fitting we will either swap it over for you there and then or deliver it at home by dinner time the next day. However if you or any member of your party are planning on changing size it is advisable for them to get re-measured 2 weeks before collection. This is free of charge.

When do we return the suits?

If the function is a Friday or Saturday, suits are due back by 2pm the following Monday (please note we close bank holidays)

What if a member of my party cannot get into any of your stores for a measure?

We will give you a measuring chart. This can be used at home or abroad. We will advise you on the best places to go

What if i find the same suit cheaper somewhere else?

Our policy is to offer the keenest hire charges around and to our knowledge the charges on our price list are extremely competitive. However, if you find this is not the case, we will not only match any alternative written quotation - we will beat it by £3.00 per outfit.

I am looking for certain colour to match my bridesmaid’s can you help?

We stock over 70 different waistcoat and 100 different tie colours in the shop. We base our colours around the bridesmaid industry and introduce new tie/cravat colours to match the bridesmaid dresses. However if you can’t find the right suitable colour from our stock we can get you something made (this has an additional cost).
